Where do you deliver to?


We currently deliver to Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands) as well as the following countries:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Our delivery times are 24 hours for any destination within Spain as well as the rest of the European countries which we can deliver to.


For US and America Latin's countries our delivery time is 7-10 days, because we use the spanish Mail. For US and Latin America, tracking numbers are not available at this time.


Orders made before 11.00 am (GMT +1) will be posted on the same day.



What are the postage costs?


We are trying to keep our postage costs as low as possible for our customers. Our current postage costs are as follows:


Spain: 3,95 €

Balearic Islands: 3,95 €

Canary Islands: 5,95 €


Portugal: 5,95 €

Zone A: 6,95 €

Zone B: 16,45 €

Zone C: 13,85 €

For international deliveries (Canary Islands included), the customer is responsible for any possible customs charges or taxes which may have to be paid in their corresponding country.


How can I track my order?


International orders (except US and Latin America orders) have a tracking number which you can use to find out where your order is at any time. When you make a purchase we will send the corresponding tracking number to your email address.


For orders within Spain, we will shortly be able to provide a tracking number too, although you should bear in mind that your order will be delivered in just 24 hours if your purchase was made before 11.00 am (GTM +1h)



Do you make partial deliveries of an order?


No. All orders are sent in their entirety, once all of the products requested have been prepared for postage.



Do you make international deliveries?


At present we can only deliver our products to certain European countries, US and certain America Latin's countries.


Very shortly we will also be able to deliver to other countries. If you live in a country which we don’t currently deliver to and you really want to buy one of our products, let us know at hello@frankywish.com, and we’ll contact you to let you know when we begin delivering to your country, or we’ll find a way to get it to you.


For all international deliveries, the addressee is responsible for any possible customs or tax costs which may have to be paid in their country.
